Welcome to Valor Real Estate! I’m Andrew Alcaraz, the owner and lead agent. My passion for helping people achieve their dreams stems from my time as an Active Duty Marine. With a keen interest in architecture and design, real estate was a natural fit.
With four years of industry experience, I provide top-notch service and personalized care to each client. I love the variety of this job and the joy of helping clients find their perfect homes. At Valor Real Estate, I offer specialized services, including VA loans and relocation assistance, thanks to my deep understanding of military families' unique challenges. I'm also actively involved in local military community events and organizations. I specialize in residential and investment properties, providing tailored insights and guidance.
Building strong, trusting relationships with clients is my priority, and I ensure open communication throughout the process.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy the beaches of eastern North Carolina, playing golf, and spending time with my family. These activities keep me balanced and bring a fresh perspective to my work.
